Can I display a custom link on Aircall App when I answer a call?

You can display a custom link using our public API.

This link will appear on your Aircall App if the user has answered the call and is still active (see examples on bottom right below).

If your Aircall account is integrated with Pipedrive, Freshdesk or Zoho, and if the user exists in your CRM, then this link will redirect you to the caller's customer's page.
