How to configure my Zendesk integration?

Please follow these steps if you want to create tickets on your Zendesk account for every call answered or launched from your Aircall account.

On Zendesk:

  1. Login to your Zendesk (https://{your_zendesk_subdomain}.zendesk.com or create an account here: https://www.zendesk.com
  2. Go to https://{your_zendesk_subdomain}.zendesk.com/agent/admin/api
  3. Click on "Enable token access"
  4. Click on the "plus sign" to add a new token and name it "Aircall"
  5. Copy the random string under "API Token"; this is the access token used by Aircall for this integration
  6. Do not forget to click on Save (bottom right)

 

On Aircall:

  1. Login to your Aircall account here: dashboard-v2.aircall.io/login 
  2. Go to Company > "Integrations" and click on "add an integration"
  3. Select "Zendesk"
  4. Put your Zendesk URL: https://{your_zendesk_subdomain}.zendesk.com (do not forget to put the whole URL with the leading https://)
  5. In the ID section, write the email address you're using to login to your Zendesk account
  6. Enter the API token you got from your Zendesk account
  7. If everything is OK, you should be able to click on "save"


To get the Aircall app widget in Zendesk:

  1. Go to the Marketplace in your Zendesk account
  2. Add Aircall
  3. The app widget will appear in the top right corner of your screen so you can start taking and making calls directly from there!
