How to configure Polycom SIP phones?

In order to use your Polycom hardware, you need to setup SIP settings on your Aircall account: http://help.aircall.io/knowledge_base/topics/can-we-connect-our-sip-phones-to-aircall?from_search=true

Once you have SIP settings, you need to put these values in your Polycom Web Configuration Utility.

SIP Server (or Server 1)

Address: phone.plivo.com

Port: 5060

Transport: TCPpreferred

SIP Outbound Proxy

Address: (leave empty)

Port: (leave empty) 

SIP Line Identification

Display Name: (leave empty)

Address: aircallXXXXXXXXXX (use your own SIP settings from your Aircall dashboard)

Auth ID: aircallXXXXXXXXXX (use your own SIP settings from your Aircall dashboard)

Auth Password: ******** (use your own SIP settings from your Aircall dashboard)

Label: (leave empty)

Transport: TCPpreferred
