How to read and understand my last invoice?

As our product and features set grew, we had to refactor the way we're displaying our invoices.

Billing period

  • annually: you'll get one invoice the day you subscribed and then one invoice each month in order to bill the extra items you used during the last month (extra users, extra numbers, extra calls)
  • monthly: you'll get one invoice the day you subscribed and then one invoice each month in order to bill the plan you choosed and the extra items you used during the last month (extra users, extra numbers, extra calls)

Lines in your invoice

  • Plan: if you've a monthly billing period, we'll add the price of the plan to your total amount (see pricing here https://aircall.io/pricing). If you've upgraded during the month, we'll adjust this price at a prorata basis.
  • Extra users: each plan include a pack of users. If you have more users we'll bill this extra usage at this moment (see pricing here https://aircall.io/pricing).
  • Extra numbers: each plan include a pack of numbers. If you have more numbers we'll bill this extra usage at this moment (see pricing here https://aircall.io/pricing).
  • Coupon: if you have a coupon or discount, you'll see it there.
  • Extra calls: Each plan includes a bundle. This bundle allows you to make outbound calls and to forward calls to your regular numbers (cells or landlines) in more than 40 countries! Every inbound call took on Aircall App (Web, Mac, Windows, iOS) is free of charge. If you had calls outside of the bundle during the month we'll add a summary of minutes used by country. 
  • Total: the total amount of the invoice is reported as we received it from our invoicing system. It includes all the items described and all prorata. Your credit card will be charged with this amount.
